That's a different folder. The error in cause says the file is missing from: "phpbb\\cache\\driver\\file" does not exist". So in the root of your board, (where config.php file and every folder are) you will have a "phpbb" folder.It doesn't seem to be there in the 3.3.14 package I just downloaded.
