Yes I think so. Allowing for granular control is only a positive.Would it make sense to break out permissions separately? Currently there is a forum permission for locking own topics in phpBB. I believe this allows user to unlock their own topics as well.
Of course. I'd suggest sticking it all in the Moderator Logs so it's all together in one place.Would logging be a welcome feature?
Additionally, it would be quite nice to display a list somewhere that shows everyone who is designated as a Topic Moderator as well.
