I'm pretty sure you can change that view number in the database to something more realistic (inaccurate but realistic).

You're correct. The topic_views column in the topics table holds the value there which can be changed to whatever you like.

Looks like all the other reports from people about bot traffic flooding forums. Usually (not always) it's search engines and AI bots scraping data to index it for various things. You'll want to look into blocking some of this traffic.
