Please describe your problem. I have to update my forum from 3.3.11 to the next update, after update i must delete the "install" folder according to error on screen. In the past my Host helped me rename a certain install folder (Install_May, Install_June etc) because they couldn't delete the install folder.
I have waited in the past to update, but then the update process got very complicated and unfeasible since there was many updates involved and FTP.
The problem is i need to safely delete the "install folder" or even rename it myself.
