What actions did you take (updating your board; installing a MOD, style or extension; etc.) prior to this problem becoming noticeable?
Please describe your problem. The emails sent by my forum's installation are not being delivered. For example, when a user changes the email on their profile they should receive an email on the new address with a link to reactivate the account. That's not happening. I checked the email on my host and, indeed, I had quite a few delivery failure emails with the message:

A message that you sent was rejected by the local scanning code that
checks incoming messages on this system. The following error was given:

local configuration problem

I understand this might not be related with the board itself but the mail being marked as spam somewhere, but how can I fix it and make sure the users receive their mail notifications?
