phpBB Custom Coding • ACP in tab General, change a buttons target

Hello,

REF: Version 3.3.11

I'm looking to change the <a href: target for an existing button on ACP in General tab. Anybody know how to accomplish this?

I have looked at many topics/posts for a similar subject but, haven't found one yet.

Any help will be appreciated.
